Hot Buys Plus will only email you our (usually) once a month newsletter that shows the available prizes, new businesses, big discount deals and events sponsored by our businesses or Treasure Valley community. The only other Email you will get is when you win a contest or email us with an inquiry.

 

Your privacy is very important to Hot Buys Plus. Your email address and information will not be sold, distributed or in any way given to another party or person. Your email address and other information will only be used by Hot Buys Plus unless otherwise stated IE; There may be instances where your information may be provided to third party service providers, such as email service providers. You will never be required to deal directly with any said outside providers.

Our website has several links to other websites, many with sign-up forms for newsletters or memberships. Hot Buys Plus is not responsible for any spam generated from sign-ups to these outside lists.

By Signing-up for a Hot Buys Plus Membership you agree to the terms and conditions herein. The Hot Buys Plus Membership is available at no cost. By receiving your membership, you agree to receive the Hot Buys Plus e-flyer and other informational emails from Hot Buys Plus.  Please note, the email address you signed up with will be used unless otherwise stated.

Offers may vary and are at the sole discretion of the offering businesses. Offers can be changed with or without notice. Please check the Hot Buys Plus website for the most updated offers.

 

By signing up for the Hot Buys Plus Membership you are eligible for any contests/giveaways you’ve signed up for that are being offered at that time unless you are an employee or a family member of an employee of any companies, groups or organizations associated with Hot Buys Plus.

 

All contest/giveaway winners must be active members at the time of the contest drawing.

 

Hot Buys Plus cannot be held liable for any offers or misprints shown on the Hot Buys Plus website. Offering companies can make an offer invalid if there is a misprint and can choose to honor or change the offer at their discretion. If there is ever a problem with redeeming a deal please contact us for help to correct the problem.

 

To apply for a membership, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid email address. One email address per membership. The Hot Buys Plus membership has no cash value.

 

Cancellation Policy

To unsubscribe please email your name and email address used when opening your account to info@hotbuysplus.com. Please type unsubscribe in the subject line. Please allow ten (10) days for the cancellation to take effect. If you unsubscribe you are no longer eligible to win any prizes or participate in any contests/giveaways.

Rewards Giveaway Rules Statement

 

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Our contests can be entered by anyone 18 years of age or older, and who is a legal resident of the United States or Canada, unless our contest is prohibited by law in your area. Employees of Hot Buys Plus are not eligible to win prizes. You must enter your email address in the entry form, and by doing so agree to receive our monthly newsletter showing the prizes available and other information about local promotions events and other interests. You also agree to receive email notifications when you have won a prize. We respect our members and will never sell or distribute your email information (see our NO SPAM GUARANTEE). Our contests are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and are void where prohibited. Hot Buys Plus shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive email notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings, or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. Be sure to add us to your Contacts List (white list) in your email account you sign up with.

 

2. By entering our contests, you are agreeing to follow the rules provided in this Rewards Giveaway Rules Statement and agree to accept any decisions made by Hot Buys Plus relating to eligibility of prize claims as final and binding as they relate to our contests. You must be subscribed to the Hot Buys Plus email list to be eligible to win contests. You may unsubscribe at any time by requesting to be removed from the list using the CONTACT US link in the footer on the website. Unsubscribing from the list will remove all your entries to our contests. We reserve the right to unsubscribe any member at our discretion.

 

3. Our contests are different than most contests. Your entries remain valid and build up over time. They don’t expire until after you win a prize. You will always have at least 1 entry in every contest you have entered until that prize is no longer available. If a prize becomes no longer available, your entries for that prize can be reassigned to another available prize by requesting us to do so using the CONTACT US link in the footer on the website. You can win one prize per month, but only once every three months from the same business. You can enter as many times as you would like, and for multiple prizes too. More entries increase your chances of winning a prize. Your odds of winning a prize is determined by the number of entries to each prize’s contest.

By entering you agree to receive email notifications when you have won a prize, and you should reply to that email within 5 days to receive your prize claim PIN code. If you don’t reply to the prize notification email within 5 days a new winner will be selected and notified. Upon receiving a prize claim PIN code you will have 21 days to claim the prize. Even after winning a prize, half of your entries for that prize will remain valid for future contests. You will always have at least 1 entry in every contest you have entered if the prize is still available.

Become a member:

To get your free membership click on the WIN A REWARD link in the header, or button on the Home page, then click on the blue “Sign-up As A Member” button. Fill out and submit the form for an entry. You can only sign up for a membership once, but the next 4 ways to enter can be used multiple times.

After you like our Facebook page, go to our website and click the WIN A REWARD link in the header, or button on the Home page, and click the blue “Like Our Page or Post on Facebook” button. Fill out and submit the form for an extra entry.

Like and share a Reward post:

After you like and share a Reward post on Facebook, go to our website and click the WIN A REWARD link in the header, or button on the Home page, and click the blue “Like Our Page or Post on Facebook” button. Fill out and submit the form for an extra entry.

After making any purchase:

Even if it’s not the deal from our coupon, you can get an entry from any purchase from any Hot Buys Plus business. Remember to save your receipt!!  Click the WIN A REWARD link in the header, or button on the Home page, and click the blue “I Made A Purchase” button. Fill out and submit the form for an extra entry.

 

Refer a Friend:

Click the WIN A REWARD link in the header of our website, or button on the Home page, and click the blue “I Want To Refer A Friend” button. Fill out and submit the form. This will bring up a page asking you to copy and paste a message in an Email to your friend. This will assure delivery of the Email to your friend’s inbox and not their spam folder.  When your friend signs up you will receive an extra entry.

 

After you submit an entry, we will verify the information submitted and record your entry. Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be discarded. Entries are non-transferable and have no cash value. You can request a list of your entries by using the CONTACT US form. Hot Buys Plus reserves the right to deny any entry(s) that do not adhere to the rules of entry listed in this Rewards Giveaway Rules Statement at our sole discretion.  

 

5. Our prizes will be in the form of, but not limited to, gift cards or vouchers, in-store credits, and free or discounted merchandise or services. After you reply to the email notification, we will send a prize claim PIN code, and details about claiming your prize. The specific details pertaining to the prizes are determined by the participating businesses and may vary from prize to prize, such as expiration dates and the method of delivery of the prize. Each prize notification email will include the prize claim PIN code, as well as details of where and how to receive your prize.

 

6. Hot Buys Plus reserves the right to publish the winner’s names and photo to provide social proof to the legitimacy of our contests. By entering our contests you agree to allow us to publish this material, with no compensation to you for us doing so. We will never publish your personal information such as email address, physical address, phone number, or anything else other than your name and photo, if available. We will request your photo via email, and you are liable for the authenticity of the photo you send to us. You are not required to send a photo to win a prize, but we appreciate your participation.

7. Hot Buys Plus reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the contest or website or violates this Rewards Giveaway Rules Statement. Hot Buys Plus has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of our contests, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other automated technical means for entering. Any attempt to tamper with, or fraudulently enter the contest will result in the loss of all entries made by the entrant. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of our contests is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, Hot Buys Plus reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. By joining our Rewards Giveaways the entrants and the participating businesses agree to release and hold harmless Hot Buys Plus and its subsidiaries, employees, officers, and directors from any liability relating to awarding prizes, and that any disputes relating to our Rewards Giveaways will be settled by first attempting to reach an agreement between the winning entrant and the business represented by Hot Buys Plus. If resolution cannot be achieved between the entrant and the business, an attempt will be made by Hot Buys Plus to mediate and resolve the situation. If legal action is required to settle the dispute all parties involved agree to litigate the dispute in small claims court in the region of the business involved in the dispute. Any legal counsel or legal representatives will be paid for by the party requiring the legal representation, including court costs and filing fees. You agree to release and hold harmless Hot Buys Plus and its subsidiaries, employees, officers, and directors from any liability due to the use or quality of said prize.
